What is the minimum and maximum age requirement to ride?

Riders must be one of the following to ride: 8 years old, 4 feet tall, or 70 lbs.

What is the maximum weight limit?

Riders must weigh between 70–300 lbs to ride safely.

Is it safe?

Yes, safety is our top priority. We provide helmets, safety instructions, and training before every ride.

Do I need prior experience to ride?

No prior experience is needed. Our team provides training before your ride to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Helmets are provided and recommended for safety.

Can I ride with a passenger on the same scooter?

No, our scooters are designed for single riders only.

How fast do the scooters go?

Our electric scooters can travel up to 20 mph.

Do you ride on the street, bike lane, or sidewalk?

We primarily ride in the many designated bike lanes throughout the city. Riding on sidewalks is not allowed in most areas per City of Boston regulations.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand plans change! That’s why we offer easy cancellations and rescheduling options:


✅ Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a FULL refund or 100% store credit (valid for 12 months).

✅ Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are non-refundable, but you can still receive 50% store credit to apply toward a future tour!

How long are the tours and what is included?

Each tour includes a guided experience led by a knowledgeable local, an electric scooter, a helmet, and safety instructions. All tours may include historical and cultural insights along the route with dozens of stops. Please see individual tour breakdowns below based on 1, 2, or 4-hour routes.

The 4-hour tour includes a scheduled stop for refreshments. If you would like a stop for refreshments during the 2-hour tour, touch base with your guide at the start of the tour and they will be happy to accommodate.

Can I take photos during the tour?

Yes! We encourage taking photos and making memories along the way. Your guide can help take group shots at key landmarks.

We operate rain or shine. Single-use ponchos are available for wet conditions.
